  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Men’s Knives
  • Kids’ Casual Shoes (if worn)
  • Any item that has been used, damaged, or is not in its original condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request. Use the template provided below.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely, include the RAN, and ship it to the address provided in the instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  4. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send out the replacement item.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
