Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange (see below).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request. You can use the template provided below.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely, include the RAN, and ship it to the address provided in the instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  4. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send out the replacement item.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Men’s Knives
  • Kids’ Casual Shoes (if worn)
  • Any item that has been used, damaged, or is not in its original condition
